I have been doing so much better in all my classes...except for band. I play the clarinet in band class. I'm just so busy that sometimes I only get to practice 5 minutes. I try to make sure that I practice the clarinet an hour everyday but I just have so much trouble with all the notes that I feel like I'll never live up to the expectations of the band teacher no matter how hard I try. I can't practice with the band teacher after school because that just takes up time that I don't have. I make a homework schedule everyday and average the amount of time on each thing and it usually adds up to about 5 hours of homework. I don't know whether to quit or tough it out. Am I giving up or admitting my limits? At youth group the other day (during the super bowl party) we talked about how God helps us through our problems and is always there for us. God wants me to try my best in everything I do. I hope my best is enough.
